All orders are shipped same day payment is received. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm Eastern time zone, to ship the same day. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted. All international orders will be shipped using UPS also.

COD orders will be subject to a $10.50 additional charge per package, only available within the U.S. All international orders will usually arrive within 2-5 business days depending on location.

Returns
20% restocking fee for all orders under 50 dozen. All order larger then 50 dozen will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Mass Vision concentrates on offering the best-selling styles in the business. However, we do understand if certain styles don't sell as well in your area as they do elsewhere. If you are unhappy with a style, you can return it for an exchange or Mass Vision will credit towards a future order. We do ask that you make your request within 14 days of invoice date. We look forward to working with you with mutual respect. Please follow the simple instructions below.

  1. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. (Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number.)
  2. Each broken sunglass must have a note affixed to it explaining what is broken. A preferred method is to put the sunglass in its cellophane wrapper and affix a sticker describing the problem.
  3. All lens stickers and hang tags must be intact on all returned sunglasses.
  4. Send a copy, of any invoices associated with the returned product.

Glasses with manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery.

Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be reported to the UPS driver and/or contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICKUPS to initiate a claim. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact our office within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request for the replacement of a product must be submitted within three business days of delivery. We do not issue credits for unauthorized returns.

Defective/DOA Returns

We want to be sure that the products you ordered will perform according to the manufacturer's specifications, without defects straight out of the box. Since defects do occur upon occasion, all defective products may be returned for credit or replacement at our discretion. Any defect that occurs after the product has been in use is not returnable to us. You will need to refer to the original manufacturer's warrantee for return instructions, if applicable. Your return request must be issued to us within 10 days from the delivery date. Product that does not meet personal preferences for color, size, feel, etc. cannot be considered defective.

All merchandise must be returned in original sellable condition:
a) in distinctive gray box with no markings
b) plastic sleeves on all glasses
c) no tags cut off
d) must be in full dozens

Refusals
We will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide product description and a photo (whenever possible) so that you can make an educated buying decision. If a delivery is refused due to customer error, the purchase price of the product will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee, but you will be charged for the freight costs and the small order fee, if applicable.

If the package arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept a damaged package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim in the event that the actual product is also damaged.

Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Send an e-mail message via this Contact Us link to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

In the event that we make a shipping error, we will arrange a carrier to come to your location and pick up the returned merchandise.

Missing or Lost Items
We use the most reliable shipping methods available (UPS, DHL and, in some cases, USPS). Some packages may be delayed or lost for reasons out of our control. Please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us.
